How long will it take to process my order?
Standard Print Orders: Please allow 4-5 weeks for designing, printing, and shipping.
Letterpress Orders: Please allow 5-8 weeks for designing, printing, and shipping.
On-the-Day Stationery/Signage Orders: We advise placing your order a minimum of 4-5 weeks before your wedding.
Delivery:
Expect delivery times of 1-2 business days for express and 3-4 business days for standard delivery. Once your order is en route, you'll receive tracking details via email.
When should I place my order/send out my invitations?
Placing your order:
We recommend ordering your invitations at least 6 months before your wedding to allow time for design, printing, and delivery.
If you're sending save the dates, it's best to place your order at least 9 months ahead of your wedding date – the earlier, the better!
Sending your invitations:
Aim to send these out 9–12 months before the wedding.
We recommend sending them 5–7 months in advance.
These are just general guidelines – we're flexible and happy to work with your timeline.
Just be sure to request RSVPs 6–8 weeks before the big day, so you have plenty of time to finalise your on-the-day pieces like menus and place cards.
Can I change the wording on my invitations?
Yes, you can customise the wording on your invitations. After placing your order, you'll receive a link to a form where you can easily personalise your wording details.
You'll also receive a digital preview and have the opportunity for two rounds of changes before we proceed with printing.
Do you offer Afterpay/payment plans?
We currently offer Afterpay on all stationery orders.
For custom orders, our payment structure works in 3 stages; 25% deposit when booking, 50% before moving into production, and the remaining 25% before your items are shipped.
Do you offer samples of your invitations?
You will receive a digital preview of your design and have the opportunity to make changes before we start production. Samples of your stationery can be provided upon request (for an additional fee).
What is the process for custom orders?
We offer customers the opportunity to have their wedding or event stationery tailor-made. Read about the process, or let us know about your upcoming celebration or corporate event via our custom orders page and our team will get back to you!
Can I print colour on dark card stock?
Dark card colours require white ink. Other colours may be possible on request, subject to confirmation and an additional fee. Get in touch to discuss. Description
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping isn’t available just yet, but we’re looking into it for the future!
When will my order be shipped?
Non-custom orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase.

What is your return policy?
As all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. Once a design and your wording have been approved, the customer is responsible for any reprint costs due to errors or changes.
