Refund policy

 

 

As all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. Once a design and your wording have been approved, the client is responsible for any reprint costs due to errors or changes.


Damaged Goods Policy

We take great care in ensuring that all items are produced and packaged to the highest standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@aplombcelebrations.com.au

How to Report Damaged Items:
  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item(s).
  2. Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Resolution: If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no extra charge, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Exclusions:
  • We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • If there is any issue with customisation or personal details, we can assist in arranging a reprint at the customer’s cost.
