A Note on Fairness
We may refuse service or cancel an order if something doesn't feel right – especially if it affects other customers or our business. While some of your order details (like names or design text) may be transmitted unencrypted for printing and layout purposes, your payment information is always encrypted and secure.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability can change without notice, but once you’ve placed an order, we’ll always keep you in the loop if anything shifts.
Our Products
Every piece we design is crafted with care, and we do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately. We often use mockups to help you picture how your stationery will look in real life.
Due to the nature of different screens, printing methods, and handmade finishes, colours may vary slightly from what you see online – but we promise, the final result is beautiful.
Order Details
We rely on the details you provide, so please double-check your shipping address, email and personalisation info before confirming your order. If something’s missing or doesn’t look quite right, we may contact you before proceeding.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES
Your Design Journey
When you place an order, we’ll send you digital proofs so you can review all the details before we go to print. It’s important to check everything carefully – spelling, names, dates, colours – because once you approve the design, no further changes can be made and we head straight into production.
Refunds & Reprints
As all our products are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If there’s a mistake on our end or your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Your happiness means the world to us.
Processing Times
All our designs are made to order, and processing times can vary depending on the product and print method you’ve selected.
Premium finishes like letterpress or foil stamping may take a little longer, but they’re absolutely worth it. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you order, and recommend placing your order well ahead of your event date to allow for both production and delivery.
